A leading West Coast law firm is seeking an experienced Business Services Paralegal to provide advanced transactional support for its real estate, corporate, finance, municipal, and M&A practices. This role independently manages significant transaction responsibilities from inception through closing and post-closing administration.

On the real estate side, the paralegal will draft and review purchase and sale, lease, loan, and escrow documents; conduct title, survey, UCC, lien, and litigation due diligence; prepare closing checklists, statements, and binders; and serve as liaison with clients, brokers, opposing counsel, and title and escrow officers. Corporate responsibilities include forming and maintaining business entities, preparing incorporation, merger, and dissolution filings, managing capitalization records and minute books, preparing closing deliverables, and handling UCC filings. The role also uses approved AI and legal technology platforms for contract review, abstraction, and diligence, administers virtual data rooms, and coordinates electronic closings.

Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of transactional paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or experience that meets California Business and Professions Code requirements. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to travel on short notice. The expected salary range is $95,000–$110,000 annually (non-exempt).
