A law firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join its Business Litigation practice group, supporting matters involving financial services issues, including FINRA, SEC, and other state regulatory matters. Working under the direction of attorneys, this paralegal will serve as a primary or lead resource on business litigation matters.

Responsibilities include fact investigation and document review, preparing case summaries and court filings, organizing deposition and trial materials, coordinating logistics for depositions and hearings, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and correspondence, tracking deadlines, and managing case databases and document production.

Candidates should have an associate degree or paralegal certificate with 3–5 years of litigation experience; financial services paralegal experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with e-discovery and trial presentation software, strong written and verbal communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
