A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Pursuits and Proposals Specialist for a work-from-anywhere role on its Marketing team. The Specialist helps position the firm to compete for and win new business, partnering closely with attorneys, practice leaders and business professionals across the firm.

The role owns assigned pursuits through the full proposal lifecycle, from intake, opportunity assessment and strategy through drafting, review coordination, production, submission and follow-up. Responsibilities include analyzing solicitation requirements, building compliance matrices and project schedules, and drafting tailored, persuasive content that turns complex legal and business information into clear, client-focused language. The Specialist also prepares and coaches attorney interview teams, develops polished PowerPoint presentations, maintains proposal content and attorney biographies in Foundation, and tracks pursuits and win/loss outcomes in Asana.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of hands-on experience writing and managing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals or pitches in a legal or professional services environment. Law firm experience is strongly preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong writing, editing, project management and PowerPoint skills are essential. The expected pay range is $100,000–$120,000 annually ($51.29–$61.54 hourly), non-exempt.
