A modern, technology-first law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Transactions Attorney for a fully remote position. The firm serves high-growth startups and modern businesses, combining sharp legal judgment with automation and AI to deliver fast, practical counsel without the bloat and politics of a traditional firm.

In this role, you will serve as outside general counsel for a portfolio of venture-backed and bootstrapped clients, working directly with founders and leadership teams. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS and licensing agreements, and vendor, consulting, and contractor agreements. You will also prepare terms of service, privacy policies, and data processing terms, and advise on entity formation, equity splits, cap tables, governance, option plans, and ownership transfers. The firm is very busy, so no book of business is required.

Qualified candidates will have a JD, an active license in good standing, and 5+ years of corporate or commercial experience gained at a Big Law firm, elite boutique, or high-quality in-house or outside GC environment. Candidates must be autonomous, confident owning client relationships, and fluent in the language of founders. The base salary is $215,000–$230,000, plus a bonus at 1,450 billable hours and significant additional earning potential beyond that.
