A leading Texas-based law firm with national practices is seeking a Title & Survey Paralegal for the Real Estate Finance Practice Group in its Charlotte office. This role supports a dynamic, deadline-driven commercial real estate finance practice.

The Title & Survey Paralegal will review and analyze title commitments, title exceptions, surveys, and related due diligence materials on complex commercial real estate finance transactions. Additional responsibilities include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting with closing coordination, tracking title and survey matters, and supporting attorneys through all phases of each transaction.

Candidates must have experience reviewing title commitments, title exceptions, surveys, and related commercial real estate due diligence materials; commercial real estate finance experience is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree, a paralegal certificate or associate’s degree in paralegal studies, or a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation is preferred. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, has strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple transactions and deadlines at once in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position is fully in office, five days a week. The salary range is $90,000–$110,000.
